These terms govern your use of the Royal Car Rentals website and any enquiry you send us through WhatsApp, phone or email.

Draft wording. These terms are a working draft prepared for Royal Car Rentals. Royal must review, adjust and approve the final wording — including any amounts, fees and timeframes — before publication. Anything marked “to be confirmed by Royal” has not been fixed yet and is agreed in writing with each customer at the time of booking.

1. Who we are

Royal Car Rentals is a car hire and car trading business based at KG 11 Ave, Kimihurura, Kigali, Rwanda. You can reach us on +250 782 536 970 (rentals), +250 788 263 245 (sales) or royalcarsinfo@gmail.com. Company registration details are to be confirmed by Royal and will be added here before publication.

2. This website is an enquiry tool

The website does not process bookings, payments or contracts. Every form on this site simply prepares a WhatsApp or email message that you choose to send. A rental or purchase only exists once Royal Car Rentals confirms it with you directly.

3. Availability and pricing

Vehicles, rates and availability shown here are indicative and can change without notice. Prices are quoted in USD; RWF amounts are converted using a manually configured rate published on the site and are approximate only.

The final price, deposit, insurance cover and mileage terms for your rental are confirmed by Royal in writing before handover.

4. Car deals listings

Vehicles shown in the Car Deals section are listed manually by Royal. Royal verifies ownership and documents before publishing a listing, but buyers remain responsible for their own inspection and due diligence. Nothing on this site is a binding offer of sale.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use this website or our contact channels to send unlawful, abusive, misleading or automated bulk messages, to scrape content, or to attempt to disrupt the site.

6. Content and intellectual property

Text, layout, branding and vehicle photography on this site belong to Royal Car Rentals unless stated otherwise. Some photographs are marked “sample photo” and show a representative vehicle rather than the exact unit you will receive.

7. Liability

We take care to keep information accurate, but we do not warrant that the website is error-free or continuously available. To the extent permitted by Rwandan law, Royal Car Rentals is not liable for losses arising from reliance on indicative information published here. Rental obligations are governed by the rental agreement you sign.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, with disputes handled by the competent courts in Kigali. Royal to confirm the final dispute-resolution wording.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the business evolves. The “last reviewed” date at the top of this page shows when the wording last changed.
